## Current verified headline metrics

- 125,622 companies in the broad national screening universe; this is not a count of violations.
- 36,277 foreign-invested companies holding land.
- 2,314 higher-priority companies under current review, associated with 5,800+ plots and about THB 65 billion in reported land value.
- 14,000 additional companies flagged for further investigation, tracked separately to avoid double-counting.
- August 2026 nominee-risk registrations: 163, down from 894 in August 2025 (81.77% decline); 63 remain under review.

## Interpretation

Screening, investigation, search, restraint, seizure, forfeiture and forced sale are different legal stages. Fresh 30 does not count a screening population as a proven violation or a contemplated asset action as completed enforcement.
